Annebee, did you request your passport with your ror during your application? How many years did you have left on your ror?
Have a wonderful Saturday.

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

Hi @ Annebee Wat is your timeline again? you had you for ROR granted last year haven't you? If yes then your ROR should still be valid for a long time, so what you can do is to ask your passport back and keep travelling and living your life normally and when HO process your PR they will send it to ...

Re: I have been issued a PR card by mistake?

U need this PR to apply for naturalisation (basically to make the application easier with the thought that all the eligibility requirements were considered before issuance). Now based on the letter you received, you clearly see you aren't qualified and this was issued in errorr. So I won't advise yo...

Re: Is UKVI POlicy on COA for Residence Card Holders lawful

It has come to my attention that the UKVI is not issuing COA to Residence Card applicant until they have enrol their biometrics. But this seems wrong, does it not? The right to a COA under Article 10 of Directive 2004/38EC and Regulation 17(3) of the EEA Regulation 2006 does not appear to be depend...

Hi AKZ, the hearing date for your appeal is still 5 months away, wouldn't it be better if you just re-apply with the missing information they need? Can you tell us a bit more of your case, it looks like the HO are refusing a lot of applications, 30%. When HO refused your application did you still h...

Re: Application for PR or PR card: form EEA (PR) - UpToDate

It's sad that this long wait for non-eea applications is back. This time last year, most non-eea applications were being processed in 4 - 5 weeks . I can't work out what could have changed.i thought with the new application asking for more information should have helped improve processing times.
