Re: Wrong IHS fee. Please help

You will need to try and redo it as 'applying alone'. If you don't, you will have to pay the fee and hope you get a refunded of the amount overpaid, which could take some time. We haven't made any payment yet. The application is at the stage of IHS payment on the visa4uk appovation webpage. We don'...

Sorry typo error. I was asking if this is something that UKVI can rectify quickly. I think including the sponsor details may have affected the charge

Re: Wrong IHS fee. Please help

If you are applying for a spouse settlement visa, have you selected the options as 'applying alone'? i.e You shouldn't include the sponsor in the calculation. There was a question asking if you are joining someone in the uk. Which we answered yes to and it asked irrelevant questions which we compet...

And refreshing the page still takes us back to the same amount. I understand there is 3 hours time frame to make the payment....

Re: MN1 (registration) application processing timelines (onl

This delay on MN1 applications is just appalling. Irrespective of the timeframe attached to handling the application . It's way too wrong for HO to charge such a huge sum and yet no effort made on processing times. Especially with application for babies born in the UK and not even holding passport o...

Re: Family permit Marriage Breakdown How do I inform?

I will say sort out your marriage for the sake of the child if possible. But in response to the previous comments relating to qualification of ROR, I thought if the non eea has custody of the child after divorce, the 3 year rule of staying married doesn't count. ??? Unless the wife isn't having cust...

Re: Eea Residence card refused

Go ahead with the appeal , if that's taking ages, you could put in a fresh application while waiting. You can go through the process yourself so far you have all docs to back your partner works. Get letter from the employer, it will be good unless not possible. If you are attaching a bank statement,...

I will suggest you don't leave the country. It's easier to fight for your case here. My suggestion will be to apply for another residence card. Just do it on your own , you don't need a solicitor . Add all supporting docs in support of ur application . add a cover note to explain your circumstances ...
