In addition to english language proficiency, you will also need a NARIC letter to state qualification level of the degree to UK equivalent. You will need UK bachelors equivalent or above to satisfy the English language requirement.

Hi,

Online status of my OCI applicatiom says its is processed and sent to VFS london.

Do i need to book an appointment to submit my british passport at VFS centre or walk in is accepted?

I cant find any appointment for next 2 weeks.

I understand for the postal application the "date of application" is the date when we post the application, this is in the context of 28 day validity rule for Financial requirements related documents. My latest pay slip(category A) is dated 25/01 and i should post the application by 21/02 ...

Any experiences in recent time getting refund for visa fee ( application fee + IHS surcharge) for missed PSC appointment .

The information on website says that no refund will be given ? Wondering if any one had similar experiences
