Some members have received an answer in a SAR. It depends how you ask. Apply via NCS and NCS official can use NCS::HO hotline to check your record at HO. I think as we win our case for the period of 2010 - 2014, we already got PR status from Jan 2015 if i am right? I expect that that is so. However, if you submitted any evidence for a later period, they may have used that instead of earlier evidence, which would make the conceded date of acquisition...

clarification Hi As i applied in Jan 2015 before the BRP was introduced for PR application in April 2015, thats why HO have no biometrics detail about me and they request my passport back after winning my case in FTT to put the PR sticker in my passport. on 12/09/16 home office ask for my and my missis passport, what is it mean? Are they going to give us PR cards? We won the FTT and also FTT refuse HO permission for UT.

I win FTT on 8/3/16, then HO apply for permission on 15/3/16 to go to UT and FTT refused permission on 4/8/16. Nearly 5 months time.

My case is still with HO specialist appeals team (Today I have contacted them through my local MP). The expiry date of appealing to UT is passed already. So my question are they able to late appeal for permission to UT or they will issue PR.

Update As the FTT refuse the Home Office appeal to go to Upper tribunal where they raised the question about the evidence we provided in court were not sufficient for PR application and the tribunal reject that points and refuse Home office appeal to go upper court.
