Does it matter if I apply for the 2 or 5 long-term visitor visa with maximum 6 months per visit? Many thanks in adva...

Traffic offence and citizenship!

Hi, I have applied for my naturalisation already. Today, I was out in the car and found a parking spot. I parked my car and unfastened my child seat belt and left the car, then found that the parking spot wasn’t suitable, so I got back in the car with my child but didn’t put his seatbelt and moved t...

Legal consultant - what is their profession (not the job title) - are they a solicitor or a para-legal?
NB. Issues with referees is not a ground for refusal.

Re: British citizenship application acceptable professional referee!

My apologies, so my first referee has just confirmed that they are not qualified solicitor but they hold a law degree, and the job title is consultant and training and developments manager.

Would that be sufficient ?
Thanks

I am applying for my citizenship. I got two referees, both are British citizens and over the age of 25, 1st is a legal consultant and the 2nd is an admin support in an educational institution. Would both of my referees be acceptable by the home office?
Many thanks in advance
