Hi everyone, Can someone help me out to clarify the issue about child born in the Uk to parent of EEA parent and non EEA parent. My child was born before my wife got BC and i got my BC this year as well but i don't know if my child will qualify for BC automatically as both of us are already BC now....

You are qualify for 5yrs residency since you started work and that can be proof from your P60 or employment history and your wife can be qualify automatically the day she start working,however you both have to proof your 5 yrs of exercising treaty right on 2015 and then apply for BC by next yr after...

Your case seems strange to me.. What nationality is your wife? does she commit crimes before your met each other? . The decision of rejecting your application seems strange and your wife have right to live and work in the UK as long as she is EEA national.
