Ok so , today i again went to the passport office in Cork and they have accepted the "Date of Birth Certificate" given by Indian Embassy Dublin (took only 2 days to get it from Indian Embassy). Also passport office in cork have kept my Original Birth Certificate as well which was laminated...

Does anybody have got the invitation letter for next Citizenship ceremony ( now on 26th Apr) .
I have submitted my Garda card / 950 Euro dd on 27th Jan but still haven't got any invitation letter yet.

Hi mCGIW, Thanks for such a detailed and helpful reply. Yes the only problem which i had was that on my passport i didn't had the continuous 5 years of stamp. The reason is that I am in Cork and it around 2 weeks to get the Garda card here, so I had applied before my expiry of card but i got it back...

Your current employer is not renewing your work permit? They can't because of the below 2 reasons -- 1) I am on Contract For Services type Employment Permit , which you can't renew after 5 Years. Below if from DJEI website -- "Applications may be granted for a maximum period of up to 24 months...
