My BRP card was returned and section 6.7 was changed by the NCS lady to No from yes and she wrote original sighted and certified as the reason.

Same with Mainrm, I was told I wouldn't be asked for biometrics again but watch this space.

I also had my application through NCS today and was told I wouldn't be asked to go for a biometric appointment as I had it done for my last application.

I'm also about to register my UK born children under section1(3) and notice that the required information has reduced! I'll be using the NCS service so will have my passport and BRP card too.

Try to use NCS, that way you'll be sure of what is needed.

I got my ILR in February.

Seperated husband moved back to Nigeria in 2013.

Luckily, he has agreed to provide consent letters this week!

I'd err on the side of caution and provide these.
