Re: References needed again for passport?

Hi guys,

Thanks for your help.

Assuming though that I apply on my own for naturalization and later for a passport, does anybody know where I can find the online application form for the passports which says that references are needed again? I checked online, but I cannot find the form.

Thanks

References needed again for passport?

Hi guys,

Just a quick question which might sound funny to you all.

Apart from the 2 references we need for the naturalisation, do we need later for the passport application again references if we chose to do the application on our own and not go to an ncs??

Thanks

When decisions will be made?

Hi guys, Amazing knew the referendum result. I hope that this is for good and not for bad to be honest :) I know that nobody has an answer to all the question we have. This famous article will be used in October Cameron said but the EU leaders are urging the UK to process the exit as soon as possibl...

Application for PR retrospectively?

Hi guys, I have a question about a case of an EEA national: If somebody was a student in the UK from September 2006 until September 2011 without comprehensive health insurance and then was constantly employed until now, would he be able to apply for PR? I know that comprehensive health insurance is ...

Re: When does 12 waiting period start?

Thanks Ohara,

To be honest I will just do what I said previously. I will go to the ncs and hope that they will agree with me.

Thanks again Ohara for making the effort to upload your document.

Re: When does 12 waiting period start?

hahaha I just did read your full previous post. Sorry about that :) I guess you are right. But after getting back my access request, it clearly says that if I am not satisfied with what they sent to me, I can write to the Home Office located in croydon. Do you think it is worth a shot or is it going...

Re: When does 12 waiting period start?

Could I somehow crosscheck that date over the phone you think? Because I did read that if somebody goes to the local council to do the application, the council employee is calling the home office to establish the date.

Re: When does 12 waiting period start?

Hi guys, I did ask for an subject access request and yesterday I got my response back from the Home Office. To be honest the response was not what I expected. Just to explain the situation, I am going to write down actual dates. When I applied for my permanent residence certificate, I did apply for ...

Re: When does 12 waiting period start?

Hi there,

To be honest I was not aware of this post you did mention. Thanks for pointing that out :).

Basically, after reading that post I understand that I should do a subject access request to UKVI to be 100% about when I acquired PR. Do you agree?

Thanks

Re: Child born to settled EEA national

Hi guys, I see what you mean. Yes the child will be born in the UK after I got the permanent residence. But what I cannot clearly understand is HOW I can apply directly for a passport for my future child. I mean the procedure...There must be an application form to fill out or something like that. I ...

Child born to settled EEA national

Hi guys, I just want to ask something that is not so clear to me. When I received my permanent residence certificate as an EEA national, I did receive also something like a cover letter explaining my rights from now on. It does say that if I have a child born in the UK, it might become automatically...

Re: Can EEA nationals get married in UK?

Hi guys, You were absolutely right. I called the council yesterday and I was told that we can married (both EEA nationals). The only documents needed are EEA passports and proof of residence from both us. Additionally the good news is that we can married on a Saturday!! This is very convenient but a...

Re: Can EEA nationals get married in UK?

Hello Casa, So based on what you are telling me and based on what I did read online, I understand that if I do the following I can get married? 1) Hold an EEA passport (both of us) 2) Proof of address 3) Be a resident for at least 7 days close to the register office 4) Apply to get married for at le...

Re: English Language Requirement

Hi guys,

Sorry for defining the question properly.

What I wanted to ask is: If you hold for example an MSc degree taught in the UK, there is no need to fulfil the language requirement of question 1.23 in the British Naturalization form issued in January 2016. Is that right?

Thanks
