I just don't get it.... The guy got ilr in 2013, so counting backwards he was granted spouse visa in 2011.... Which means overstay was around 2010-2011.... He has his ilr and has his "British wife".... Why he is so desperate for the passport? Ok, got it wrong, got refusal, lost 900 quid......

Morning all, I feel like a complete idiot... I was convicted for a speeding offence sp30 for driving 37m per hour, however as I was not invited to attend in a court, was just sent a letter to pay to the court and got 3 points on my licence.
