Dx couriers delivery service are bloody useless. How can
they say I am not in when I am. Police if not delivered.

Hello, I received 2 letters this morning from the passport
office, inviting me for my passport interview on 10 June
2015 in Portsmouth. Looking very forward to it.

Just curious as to why the passport office has returned my
documents back to me so fast. I sent off my application
on Tuesday. I have just been told that my passport is
being processed. Very fast. Hope all is okay.

Update: Passport forms checked and signed for, then sent
Off using post office check and send. Was told that I may
Have to go for an passport interview. They will inform me.
It should take up to 6 weeks. A massive weight has been
Lifted off my shoulders. Will keep you all posted.

I have officially become a British citizen of the United Kingdom and have met Theresa May. She was lovely.

This morning I received my invitation letter from the Home
Office for my first citizenship ceremony. Very very happy.

The best advice is to ask on here, although it takes a few
weeks to a month. Good luck.

On days like these when peeps are getting theirs....I wonder when I'm getting mine. Or if I'm getting my citizenship at all. When you worked so hard to get what you should have achieved, patience becomes a difficult virtue. And not being able to do your job makes life more
harder.

Phoned UKBA too and my council.....you have to wait until
they contact you. Immigration cannot tell you how your
application is doing while it is being processed. Which is
6 months. Will carry on waiting patiently.

Still waiting.....patiently and with a smile on my face.

I'm celebrating a very special day today....my 46th
birthday.

This forum, for me personally has been the best so far.
Me applying for my British Citizenship has been the hardest thing that I have done. This forum has been a blessing so far. Very helpful in terms of advice and new friendship.

My certificate and other items have been delivered. :D :D :D My items were signed by a person working there not my caseworker. Hoping all will be okay. Congrats :) :) As long as that person work for the Home Office should be alright :) I'm so close to getting my citizenship I can almost touch it :D...
