Re: Naturalisation application processing timelines (only)

Guys,

I have applied on the 15.07.2014 and today I have received the famous(maybe infamous) 2nd class envelope containing the Citizenship Invitation Application.

It was dated on the 06.10.2014.

Good luck to all of you who are still waiting !

no interview.
Proces takes about 20 working days (can have a response sooner)

the process is that they will either send you registration certificate, or ask for extra documents or refusal.

Please be honest and show respect for other people who really need UT. There are people with job offers who are in danger in losing real opportunities who might be deal with delay if all people start sending bogus UT forms.

Thanks.

I think rate of the latest payslip. Check the caseworker's guide post(is sticky in this forum). Although is not up to date it means this rule.

Also it must be written in the guidance notes as well.

yes, you need BR2 form. A few of us(romanians) already applied.
(no response yet)

For BR2 they accept out of country application, but you need to send passport.

All the best.

Country codes are in guidance notes. look carefully.

Traffic offences - is it necessary to mention them ?

Hi, so I have seen that is required to specify any traffic offences. I had broken a red light and fined 150Euro in Ireland 2 years ago. Do I need to mention it ? Will they check my record in Ireland ? Is it going to influence the decision if I mention it ? What are people's thoughts ? Thanks a lot.

So is it realistic to assume that it is unlikely to find a company in IT to sponsor WP regardless of the skills ?

Have people been able to find such companies ?

Is it work even trying ?
