Contacting Home Office

Hi,
If someone has a pending application, can the person contact HO to find out where his Passport is kept, to book a same day premium service at that PEO ?
or can he contact HO to request his passports & other documents to be made available at the PEO where he booked his premium service ?

Re: 10 years long residence applications

It depends on the case worker. If he is unable to give u decision same day because of your passport than he will tell u and also give u a time frame ( 1 week or 2 week as soon he gets the passport). Is there anyway to contact HO to request to have your passport on the PEO u booked appointment for ?...

Re: PBS Dependant Receiving CHB

They/You are not allowed to claim Child Benefit and yes it will definitely affect any future visa applications. Contact HMRC and stop the Child Benefit and pay the money received back. Hi CR001, thanks for your quick response. I was doubting the same. My wife was advised by Midwives to apply for it...

Applying for Set (LR) on PEO

Hi, I am 1 months 22 days short of 10 year long residency. As per UKVI we can apply 28 days before 10 years, I'll still have 24 days gap. I would have to apply for FLR (FP) for buying that 24 days time. The way UKVI deals with postal service, within 24 days maximum outcome of my application would be...

Re: flrfp application

Hi, I think YES you have to pay the NHS Surcharge !

FLR(FP) is normally 2.5 years visa, so (£200 * 2.5 years) = £500 per person, for your case should be £1500 unfortunately !
