Hi everyone i have been a silent observer for a longtime. I applied for citizenship for my daughter on the 1of September 2015 using the Ukf form she did Biometrics in November and the certificate of registration came today. We live in the UK

Hi dear we meet again i applied for my travel document 20 April got acknowledgment letter 28 April still waiting hopefully soon i know someone who applied 10 days before me they got theirs last week

Hi guys

Iam due to apply for naturalisation just finding out about the good character issue came from zimbabwe in 2001 was given 6months,claimed asylum in 2008 was granted in 2008 meaning i stayed without documents for 7years does it affect my good character when naturalisation

Rkrai26 You don't need to do the BRP again but i advice you to go citizens advice bureau so that they can do the application for you otherwise you will have to send your original documents when applying for the travel document, which will take ages to get come back Makul2009 I had to ring DX after 4...

If you do the application yourself then you have to send your Brp, but if you go places like citizens advice bureau they will just photocopy the BRP and you won't need to send it. You don't need to redo the biometrics at the postoffice. Hope this information is helpful.

I didn't use a solicitor, i used what's called Brass in my area which helps refugees. DON'T worry Makul2009 in am sure it's coming maybe by end of this week. Good luck everyone who is still waiting.
