There is a way that you pay yourself a wage from the company. I don't know how it works exactly. You need pay tax with PAYE and make a wage slip. It might be complicated. Find out from a immigration solicitor.

If you were paid into your bank account and shows in statement and you paid full tax for 1 year then you can use it.

With PAYE system your employer should update tax every wage slip. Ring HMRC and get a PAYE coding or Tax code letter. This confirms employment is registered with them for next time. Also you will get p60 by the end of April. P60 might be good evidence if they look at it that they made mistake on app...

Has to be 62.5k plus for full six months.

She told me that if they required anything else they would have got back to me by now. So I am thinking everything is ok. She also said that financial and other documents are met. Would she have this information or is it only the ECO that checks all this?

What do they do in the pre assessment?

I would like advise on my wifes spouse visa.
I rang the UKVI today and she said that the pre assessment is done and that all criteria was met.
What does this mean? Anyone know?
