There is no timeline for switching dependent visa if main applicant visa has changed as long as they do not go abroad. They can apply at anytime before existing visa expires. Child born in UK before you got ILR will need to apply for registration as british citizen MN1 form.

Your answer is No, as none of your penalties was a CCJ or immigration penalty. But if you mention them, it will not do any harm. It is no problem either way. But these penalties are not CCJ or immigration penalty (for employing illegal workers etc.) So you can answer as No. You can get a report on c...

Alhamdulillah I have got my approval today. It was same day premium service for Set(LR). There were only two people waiting before me. I was shocked to see that there were so few people. The whole centre was empty. While in past i had to wait 3 hours to just record biomatrics. Anyway God has given me freedom. Alhamdulillah.

Even if it is criminal, it was a minor case, it has been spent, and you did not do anything wrong after that, so if you declare, it will probably not be a big problem. however if you do not declare, and subsequently they find out (even though it is not on file), you will be definitely rejected.
