Hi She entered on the morning of the visa start date.

within 28 days of expiry? doesnt the application take 8 weeks?

This is what i'm worried about, if we apply close to the time of expiration of visa, theres a chance we wont be able to reapply in time if refused.

Yes i receive PIP payment therefore not requiring to meet the financial requirement.

I was wondering if the applicants savings can be used in topping up any shortfall in meeting the adequate maintenance?

Yes its been held for over 6months.

Apply to join family living permanently in the UK visa.

only requiring adequate maintenance.
