Any idea on who are eligible for this 4 year change?

I am wondering what the criteria is for eligibility for this 4 year rule? The press release says “...it would be unlawful for the Secretary of State to withhold indefinite leave to remain from all those members of the HSMP who were already on the scheme before the 3 April 2006...". I applied ...

VISA stamped

Hi folks, I just received my passports with stamping till 2011. Tried calling the home office again today. And ofcourse they came up with a totally different thing from what they said last week.. on the automated system, it says they are processing applications from Feb 19 (they seem to be going backwards now :-) ).. Called HO

Hi, called Home office a couple of times today. First guys said they are processing applications from 20 Feb (yesterday they said 23rd!).. The second time there was this decent bloke who spent a lot of time going through the system and said that my FLR application (Posted 25th, Money taken on 26th) ...

Hi, My current HSMP visa issued for 2 years expires on Apr 19 so I have to apply for my HSMP Extn in March mid.
