Re: Please help-ILR cohabitation documents

In addition, printed copies of online utility statements meet the criteria so long as it is dated and has account holder name, address & utility account number.

Re: Please help-ILR cohabitation documents

I'd agree with WR1 on this- you don't need to submit too many docs. Your cohab docs covering say each quarter(or every 4 months) over the last two years should be sufficient. This can be a mixture of sources like CTax, Electoral polling card, Utility bills, HMRC letter, Counterpart of drivers Licenc...

Re: Refund approved for withdrawn PEO ILR Dependant applicat

The issue of refunds for PEO appointments has been discussed on this forum and most seem to accept that where an application is withdrawn on the day, a refund will not be approved. Well, this was not the case with mine. I have another thread where I confirmed that my ILR application was approved in...

Re: Tier 1 (G) Forget to pay Council Tax

I had a similar case from 2013 where I was taken to court by the council for non payment of CTax. I've had successful Tier 1 ext (May 2013) and ILR (May 2015) applications ever since. I did not declare the CTAX issue on both applications. This is my personal experience therefore its entirely your de...

Re: iLR Tier1 and 3 points Penalty ?

MM I can't view your private message but I suspect it is regarding your post. You have the choice whether to declare the offence however I do not think you need to declare the FPN as it is not a 'non custodial' sentence even though it went to court. For my case, I was nicked doing 101 mph and got FP...

ILR successful with traffic conviction

Guys This issue has been discussed to death on this forum, however I've noticed questions on same topic every other day so hopefully my case should help. I applied for ILR with my spouse on Saturday 02.05 at Solihull under Tier 1 General. I am a self employed business consultant with own Ltd company...

Re: is Saturday PEO appointment is good?

I have an ILR appointment in SoliHull same Saturday and I'm relaxed about it.

Being a Saturday, you will notice reduce operations but that should not impact the decision making process.

If you feel so negative about it then you can always change it to a week day- the choice is entirely yours!

Many thanks for your reply, So, I won't declare those parking tickets on the application form, But should i even mention "a number of " parking tickets on my covering letter ? thanks!! A parking fine is what it is- a parking fine issued by for e.g. your local council. This has got no effe...

Re: Confusion on what is a court conviction?

This issue , traffic offences, have been discussed to death on the forum and I am beginning to lose patience with guys like you who do not take time to research the forum before posting questions! A CD10 ( Driving without due care and attention) is classed as an FPN. This is not, I repeat IS NOT, a ...
