Re: Please advise.

Oh god am going to lose my head. She just replied Dear Mrs xxxx Thank you for your email. The documents you have provided have been thoroughly assessed. Unfortunately we are unable to accept bank statements, or individual letters relating to your studies as they do not provide an overall picture of ...

Re: Please advise.

Thanks fwd079 - I did that already and waiting to hear from the caseworker.

But I don't think she will accept as she has already mentioned in her email.

It's disheartening.

Re: Please advise.

The caseworker replied to my email; Dear Mrs xxxxx Thank you for your recent correspondence and the evidence enclosed. The previous caseworker is no longer dealing with your case, this has been passed to me for my consideration. I have noted the evidence that you supplied, unfortunately these docume...

Re: Please advise.

Hi fwd079, thanks for the reply. Yes I sent all the original documents. I sent 80 original documents along with a cover letter listing all the documents according to the numbers. I will do as your suggestion tomorrow as all the copies are at home and I am currently at work. I am worried that all my ...

Please advise.

The home office requested for further evidence of residence on 01/04/2015 which I was met to send by the deadline of 17/04/2015. I sent these via royal mail special delivery - proof of delivery states it was delivered on 10/04/2015. This morning I received an email from CT1ConsularReplies@homeoffice...

Re: October 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

Hi Jef How were you maintaining yourself? You can send your bank statements covering the period they have asked for. The caseworker wrote to me as well beginning of April 15; asking for further evidence of residence. I sent bank statements, college enrolment, hospital appointments letters, exam resu...

Re: VAT/CT receipts from HMRC?

Oops just realised you said paid! This should be out of the account you pay it from and you can match it against the VAT returns submitted. HMRC doesn't provide a receipt for the amount you pay and unlike CT you can't see a statement of account for liabilities and payments online. Worth a try callin...

Re: VAT/CT receipts from HMRC?

Who submits your VAT returns? If you have an accountant who does that on your behalf, they ought to keep a copy of the VAT submission receipt for each quarter that they file the return for. If they haven't kept a copy ( which they are meant to ) then they can log into HMRC and print the submission r...

Re: Anyone with non-custodial convictions?

Hi I have the same conviction like you. I got ILR in 2011 on 10 years long residency. I waited for three years to lapse and applied for BC in June 2014. I haven't received the decision yet. The caseworker wrote to me on 01/04/2015 and requested for some additional evidence of residence as my passpor...

Re: URGENT ADVICE PLEASE - Additional documents

Hi Johnny, thanks for posting your experience. I thought the same thing as you to be honest. I was thinking why are they asking me for documents for 2009-2011 when during those years a) I applied for a visa in 2009 & 2010 and b) I applied for ILR in 2011. I was thinking they would have a record ...

URGENT ADVICE PLEASE - Additional documents

Dear all, I applied for BC on June 2014. I received the usual 6-12 months delay letter in Jan 15. I contacted my MP who wrote to the home office and on the first week of March 15, I received a letter of apology and a phone call from the home office stating that I will be getting a letter from them i...
