I'm in the same situation, do you guys have the email address to get it confirmed? I passed a C2 level from College of Excellence in 2011, but not sure if they will accept it still for ILR application as it is no longer in supported exam list. I think there is no harm to retake the exam as for ILR ...

First Visa 22-10-2010 granted & Visa Expire 08-10-2015. As your 1st visa granted on 22 Oct 2010 and your 5 years will be complete as on 22 Oct 2015 . As per rules you can apply 28 days before to complete 5 years . 28 days before to 22 Oct 2015 will be 24th September 2015 So you are eligible to ...

Thank You for clearing my confusion on ENglish language.Yes I am main Applicant. This is not a problem she still has time to go for another test. Can she still apply ILR with me or she has to apply dependent visa ? she is here in UK since June 2012 on Tier 1 General Spouse Visa.
