Re: Please advise.

I have emailed the caseworker to send me the decision asap instead of waiting till 08/05 as I do not have any more documents to send to her. I have posted the SAR form and that will take time to arrive. I am aware that it will be a refusal. I only wish that the HO had sent me the refusal last year ...

Re: Unsuccessful applications

First of all thanks for the replaying, My partner has been in this country for 12 years and never left the UK because he didn't had the papers. Last year 6 March 2014 he won the papers with court (because the HO was taking so long to give him an answer so for this reason he decided to go to court) ...

Re: May 2014 - Naturalisation Application Timeline

Sweet thanks dear nationalityman, As I mentioned in my previous message the MP refused to help and asked me to leave the surgery just because I told her that I am not satisfied about the delay caused by the HO in processing my application. She the (MP) was rude, I was shocked and did not expect I w...

Re: Potential false passport delivered?

Personally, I would play safe and return for verification. But something doesn't seem to add up. Why would someone deliver a false passport? Is this your first British passport or a renewal and did you apply through the official Passport Office? Unless they are con and created a duplicate copy and ...

Re: Unsuccessful applications

I have broken immigration rules by visiting my country of birth for 220 days in 25 years of residing in the UK of which I 've had ILR since 1999. Also this was my only time to have left the UK shores since setting feet here. I cannot believe this is a basis for judging good character..... ridiculou...

Hi Long Residence,

I'm really sorry to hear about it.

Did you mention about the deception allegations in your application for Naturalisation?

Hope some senior member shed some light on your case but please don't wait and get a layer lawyer ASAP!

Kind regards,

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro

I've realised If we are not able to wait in a queue far beyond the point that any sane person would reasonably do so, then we don't have what it takes to be British. We are allowed to cough and look around, raising your eyebrows at other people in the queue, but not actually allowed to complain :mrg...

Re: General Discussion During Naturalisation Application Pro
