Re: 10 years long residence applications

Those who have received ILR, was there an earnings requirement to it? I have seen many students are applying/ applied. so surely it is unfair to ask earnings from students? If not, is there an earnings requirement for dependants? I'm sure I've seen £18600 on this thread or somewhere. Is that it? But...

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Doesn't the time line go in date order?
I can see it's been in order until very late. Just the last ones are not.
Would some one be able to arrange the latest rows in time order please?
Thanks!!

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Mubi, Yes I was going to say the same as Zee Ali. Just forget Tier 4 and wait for their response on your ILR. You should receive acknowledgement letter soon. Statutory right means legal right. I believe your application is valid as you applied within the stated period of your refusal - 28 days or 10...

Re: 10 years long residence applications

Hi Hammad, Is your case complicated that they take this long? Would you not be able to expedite this in anyway? Didn't you ask that why they take so long when their estimated time is 6 months. Why it take so long above average? Some had commented that they send a second email saying if it's not goin...

I've got a question and hoping someone on this forum can assist: I came into the UK in November 2004 as a partner of my husband who was a student at that time. Re: Set (m) question. 2year route of 5-year route

I think you can apply in 2 years.
July 2012 rule says any dependent visa after July 2012, ILR clock get reset and he/she needs to be here 5 yrs to apply ILR
But as you were on dependent visa before then, so I think you are fine for the 2 year route!

Re: 10 year Long Residency!! PLEASE HELP

Don't stress yourself just from hearing some incorrect advise from friends.
1. You can certainly apply during your Phd and good luck for both!
Its lawful continuous residence of 10 years - can combine different categories

2. Yes premium 1 day service is available, lucky you!

I have done mine in 2008
I didn't get a certificate. Its pass notification letter.
Which I submitted for my ILR application last month.
