Hi Vinny

I have question regarding the document to be submitted for tier 1 dependent visa for the baby born in india.

Is it mandatory to show a tenency agreement if yes does it needs to be 2 BHK or 1 BHK is fine (family of 3).

also please share a list of docs you sumbitted.

Hi Guys I have read the history of this post and i see NO tenency agreement is required for the new tier 1 dependent visa. I am planning to bring my baby to UK. me and my wife are on tier 1 General. do we need to submit a tenency agreement for the tier 1 general dependent visa. please clarify. thanks

I bringing my wife (already Tier 1) and baby (7 Months Old)
Kindly can some one let me know is it mandatory to have a 2 bhk house, when applying for a Tier 1 Dependent Child visa from India.
