Re: British Citizenship English Requirement

In my opinion, the only con when it comes to NCS is that it would cost you money. The NCS service would check your application to make sure you have entered everything and also check that you have all the required documents to support your application. Considering it costs a lot of money for Natural...

Re: Am I Good to Go ? Eng Language requirment for Naturalisa

You should be good to go. I asked this question precisely this month and I received a reply from the Nationality Policy Team with this: " Thank you for your email. As you have already provided evidence of your English language qualification, when you gained ILR after October 2013, then you need...

Naturalisation queries

Hello there I am in the process of applying for my naturalisation. I've already got my ILR. I've got a couple of questions... 1. Can I travel once I've applied? I am an Indian passport holder with a BRP. I've heard the originals are returned? 2. Do I need to prove my English language skills again? I...

Hello there

I plan to visit St Lucia in May. I hold an Indian passport and an ILR for UK. Does St Lucia issue visa on arrival for Indian citizens?

Anybody?

Re: ILR query in Set(O) Section 4.3

You can get a printout of that (showing 10 points for English) and submit it along with your original degree certificate.

Of course, do make sure you read the English language requirement rules closer to the time of your application, just in case they change - https://www.gov.uk/english-language

Re: Tier 2 to ILR Section 6

You don't need to justify absences within the UK. But your employer needs to list down your paid annual leaves as you are not supposed to be on unpaid leave on Tier 2.

Are you applying via the 5 yr route? When was your first visa granted?

It needs to state your SOC code, your rate of pay, and confirm the points below. 1. That your pay is at the level or above the rate for your SOC code 2. That you are still required for the job Ask your employer to explicitly state that they still need you for the job and would be continuing your emp...

Re: Successful ILR - Croydon - Tier 2 route

Your employer would generally list all the leaves taken as paid leave. I'm guessing they would simply download it from your company's leave system. It's probably better if you get a letter dated not more than one calendar month from the date of your appointment. I provided this letter, along with my...

The salary you are paid p.a. 3. Confirmation that your salary is at the level or above the appropriate salary applicable to ...

I'm not sure how it works for dependents. Why don't you write to SettlementOps? They usually reply within 24-48 hours.
