I cannot remember what exactly it is called in this situation. JR is usually the process when you have no right of appeal to AIT, so you apply to the High Court. When the Home Office lose the case with AIT, and appeal to the High Court, I am not sure what it is called. Check out the AIT website. Th...

Hi Jeff:
They will also seek permission to appeal to the Senior Immigration Judge if they feel the judge has made a material error of law.


is this just another way of saying Judicial Review?

I guess I have the same issue, as one of my applications was sent by Uni's Adviser on the day of its expiry(31/OCT), even though I handed it in a few days earlier. But on my SAB files, it says the Home Office received it on the following day(01/NOV).

isn't there a solution to this issue? please

when applying for the ILR based on the 10-year rule. how do they check whether you have not been out of the country for more than 90 days in a single period since Britain don't have the embarkation controls any more?

I know somebody who was studying here in the Uk in a boarding school. He's now in his final year at the university, so, he got a solicitor to see if he would be eligible for ILR on the basis of lawful residence, and the answer was yes he will be. So he applied for it and he did received it. Please ...
