I just received my determination letter from First tribunal through my solicitor.The learned judge allowed my appeal under the immigration rules.

Hi Everone, I got appeal hearing date coming wednesday to the first tier tribunal for spouse visa refusal .Reason was Toeic issue. Anyway i already provided my Toeic awarding body email correspondence and other documents. Please note that, i didn't appeared the exam through agent. Still they refused...
