Regarding HSMP initial stamping

Hi,

I got my passport stamped for 2 years. In the stamping it says Residence permit. Guys who got initial stamping please can you let me know whether your passport also stamped saying residence permit.

Hi Hadihasan,

Is your application is incountry or out?. When i called them they told they are received lots of application on 7th. Just wait for couple of days..you will get the ref no.

Yes i received my ref no and i called them today(13th dec). they told decision is made yesterday(12th dec) and dispatched the documents.

Hi,

Incountry application

Applicatin sent on Dec 6th
Delivered on 7th
Payment took on 11th
Decision made on 12th and documents are dispatched..

Don't know decision yet, once i receive i will update.

Hi,

My application has been delivered on Dec 7th to to work permits(HSMP) office. Still haven't got any ref no from them and i called them to check the status but they are not able to see my details in the system yet.

Any body is there in similar situation..

Hi ,

My EC is stamped for 2 years from Los angeles. I think you try getting stamped for 2 years. You send email to uk home office saying your passport is stamped for 1 year and UK embassy in bangalore are are not aware of new rules.
