of course its valid and 100 % genuine through all hard working, right and legal channel I obtained my master degree.
I was worried bcz now university has been suspended, hopefully it would back as its very big uni.

thanks for you suggestion and information, I have already called child benefit depart, they r not sure so I am going to write covering letter to them, in the mean time I wanted to get some experience from this forum if someone has faced the same scenario.

I called home office and they confirmed that whoever paid before 6th april 2015 wont required to pay IHS(NHS) surcharges. also home office representative said you could use old version of form for next 21 days from the date of change as there is always a transitional period of 21 days, and case work...
