Hi, I am a student on Tier 4 visa in UK and applying for Tier 2 General visa-premium service. I paid for the premium service on 31st March, 2015. At that time, no one had to pay for health care. But, i have the visa appointment on 16th April (after the 6th april). Do i need to pay IHS? Please reply ...
