It doesn't ask for Partner immigration status sepetatly.
Should be okay.....

I have just checked the submitted Child benifit form.
My details are on About you section.
Than its about your partner.
Mrs details.
I said NO to question 31. Your partner entitled to child benifits

She is my dependant on tier 2 for 4 years and two years dependant on tier 4.
Does she need to go for two visas 2x2.5 years
Or is there any other route we can take to apply for her ILR.
On basis of 7 year son in uk or
On basis of 5 year dependant visa on tier 2
Any possibility.... please guide

Dependent Visa extension - tier 2 and now on ILR

My Mrs have dependant visa until Nov 2017 which were granted with my tier 2 visa.
Now i am on ILR.
Can she stay on this visa and travel abroad for few weeks. ?
We will apply later on dependant of settled.
FYI Her 10 years long residency ILR will be completed fter 4 years.

Hi I applied in October last year and received visa few weeks back. Home office take there time. Thats there system. Obviously it's annoying for us and stress full. But some how wait for decision. Unfortunately the cover letter to Vary my application, I forgot to sign it.
