Re: **** COVID19 and UKVCAS Biometrics Appointments **** (ONLY discuss here)

@amrotab I had thought you had been asked by HO to supply documents via email? Can you confirm your ILR application route? was it it Set M or SetO? My appointment has also been moved to 15th June 2020 at this point, I cannot be bothered at all. HO and UKVI needs to be sued and if possible sacked......

Re: ILR decision delay impact

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately the NHS automatic extension (for a year) does not apply to me as my current visa expires in Feb 21. I understand that if you submitted an ILR application in a timely manner and waiting for the decision you are allowed to continue working under Section 3C with your...

So are you allowed to legally continue working with your same employer under section 3C if your tier 2 visa expires and you”re waiting for your ILR decision? If you need to change sponsor or employer while waiting for an ILR decision how can that be done? Do you ask them for a COS, submit a tier 2 ...

Hello, My biometrics appointment for ILR was delayed from 26/3 to 8/4 (due to staff shortages) then to 20/5 due to the global closure courtesy of COVID19. I noticed on the GOV website that The ‘priority service’ and ‘super priority service’ are currently suspended for applications made in the UK. I ...

Re: Biometrics appointment during COVID-19

If this is the case , then why did UKVCAS advice me to cancel my appointment on 26/3 and rebook and pay for another appointment. I asked them over the phone on 25/3 and they said they have not received any specific instructions from the home office to close all centers and advise me to rebook. I boo...

No I had to cancel and rebook therefore had to pay again.

It said you should get a refund in 10 working days. Which is extremely annoying and unprofessional
