Re: ILR Postal Application & UK born child

They should not have asked about omitting your child from ILR application. But it depends on case worker. So just reply to them. I don't think it will have any adverse effect on ur application. U r not doing anything wrong. So just be honest and tell them. All the best. Thank You "f317633"...

Re: ILR Postal Application & UK born child

Will it not make sense to just reply them mentioning that you did not include your kid in the ILR application as he doesn't need to travel immediately and he can be registered using MN1 form after your ILR is approved. This is straight forward in my opinion. Dear "f317633" Thank You for y...

Re: ILR- 5 year completion

If your appeal and subsequent extension application were made in-time & successful, yes you can apply from 04/04/2015. As stated previously if your appeal was made in-time, I.e. within the time period stipulated by the HO after their refusal, then you would be covered by section 3D until a deci...

ILR- 5 year completion

Re: ILR Less Tax Paid

Hi all , after reading this threat I have a question. I have asked before but still confuse. Re: deception ILR refused

Hi all after reading all the conversation I have a question. When I have applied my first tier 1 application back in 2010 , I have claimed that I am earning 29k ( calculated on the basis of Gross pay every month) and was approved by HO. But when I have received my P60 it shows only 23k. I have asked...
