Hope it will be good enough. Is it possible to change her surname once she receive her British passport? Do I need to chang...

For BC, the name must match her foreign passport.
Thanks for reply. But it means I need to change the surname in her ILR BRP card too. It must be quite expensive I think.

Re: OCI application with grand parents immigrated from Pakis

Thank you very much for the reply. I checked with my wife's family member and all of them (grand parents) moved to India by December 1947. Of course they can't remember the exact date neither have any sort of proof for that. But they have (grand parents) ration card, aadhar card etc. So I should put...

It means SET (F) is the most logical solution if I need to travel before MN1 arrives?

Re: Visa for UK born baby with settled parents

Thank you CR001 !

One more question. Is it possible that my wife and baby travel to India on their Indian passports and when my baby's MN1 certificate arrives, I go to India and apply for his British passport in India and then come back to UK? I am not sure how easy/quick it will be from India?

Re: Visa for UK born baby with settled parents

Thanks !

Which form I should use for the baby's ILR application? If I use SET (O) then its not much I can fill w.r.t the baby. Also most of the time it talks about the main applicant or partner.
