Re: Stamp4EUFam Expiring in december

Hi,

We got divorced 3 years ago. INIS doesn't know about divorce as I never applied for retention of rights cause I didn't expect citizenship approval to take that long.

Retention of rights

Hi,

My question is regarding retention of rights application process. I got divorced in october and I'm going to apply for the retention of rights.
I was wondering what type of stamp would I hold while my application is being processed?

Kind Regards

Only 1 Proof of Address for 2 years

Hi,

I'm applying for Irish citizenship and have all the necessary documents except I only have 1 proof of address for 2011 and 2012. Just wondering if anyone else experienced this situation and what was the response from the Citizenship office?

Kind regards

Re: One year continuous Residence before naturalization

Hi, About the proof of residence for the years residence is claimed. Does that mean if I lived in Ireland for 10 years but submitting my application based on last 5 years, I only need to give 3 proof of addresses for each year for the last 5 years only and not the years before that?? I am aware I ha...

Re: One year continuous Residence before naturalization

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. I'm going to post the application and documents in a couple of days. Just have to look for older proof of addresses, I got all proof of addresses for last 3-4 years but not much for the years before, only bank statements.Hopefully I'll find something.

kind regards
