domestic abuse victim

Hi,

I got ILR on the basis of domestic abuse victim. it's been one year since i got my ILR. can i apply for naturalization but i'm in the UK just for 3 years. do I have to do english and life in the UK test as well.

Thanks ILR1980 for ur quick reply... my working hrs in both job are fixed, 37.5 hrs each week in 1st job and 16 hrs each week in 2nd job and i get paid after 4 weeks in 1st job and monthly in 2nd job..and if i want i can do overtime but i dont do normally...in last 6 months i just did 2 days overtim...

I m going to apply for ILR 10 Years at PEO Croydon next week. What documents u submitted with ur application. Do we need to show proof for whole 10 years residency. or the following documents enough

1. uk master degree
2. life in the uk
3. passports with home office

you could use flr o for human rights issue before but the right form is now flr fp...in ur case flr fp is the right form. ur solicitor made a mistake and u will suffer bcoz of this solicitor...i suggest u to vary ur application to flr fp...ask obie, zee ali and other modrators

Hi Candice the right application for u and dependants is FLR FP...tell ur solicitor to raise human right grounds..if ur application is not successful but hopefully u will get in country appeal right...and change ur solicitor as well bcoz he gave u the wrong advice to apply for flr o...i had 7 month ...

u can apply for set lr within 28 days of refusal...once u reach 10 years minus 28 days...straight away apply for set lr...

tell me exact date of biometric done and exact date of refusal letter. the 10 year rule says u can overstay upto 28 days.i think if u do flr fp and bio it will take about 2 months and then vary again..give them any further grounds to consider...to be honest bro...seek advice from a good solicitors a...

or apply again flr fp within 28 days...if u reach 10 years minus 28 days before ur case is decided, vary ur application to set lr. if ur case is decided before, then there is prob....in both cases there is risk involved but u have to take chance...u got no option...one option is if u get tier 2 wit...
