They have to submit previous financial year CT600 which is y/e dec 2014 with relevant supporting documents + latest period (Jan 2015 to tilldate) supporting documents.

They do send confirmation mail upon reaching BHC. Usually it takes between 1 to 7 days to reach. Give it a day or 2 before you call or email to get confirmation

It was the lawyer who filled the application forms incorrectly even after a lot of emails and submitted them...

That should be alright. Not a problem.

If you still worry about the corrections, you can feel free to withdraw the application by requesting for refund (provided your appointment is within the withdrawl period) and then make a fresh application.
