Re: Family of a settled person visa

Does your wife has a Sole Responsibility of the child?

This is as important as your finance concerns.

Make a joint application, this will give the child more chances to join the family in the UK.

all the best

As you already mentioned that you spent loads of time and money to correct her immigration offence in the past. As you got your appeal through EEA and she was granted visa via EEA. she can stay with you but won't be able to apply for her BC. As suggested above / before go ILR Route and wait one more...

Hi As its a settlement Visa, the interview will be based upon - 50% your relationship, 30%+ your Finance sources and 10%+ about the Accommodation. Re: ILR Dependant from India

Regardless of what Visa your wife was on... As you are sponsoring them and are ILR holder, both your wife and child would be your dependent. You are right because both the Mother and the Child are in India hence the child will be your wife's dependent on the application. However, You will be require...

Faisal, 18,600 is enough to show for your wife's visa... you need to make sure you send proof of your latest earnings ie Jan 2015 onwards till your wife put the visa file.... As long as you have current accommodation and a signed agreement from your future land lord that should work.. depending when...

Re: Overtime counted towards "gross annual salary"?

as WR1 said... you are on safe side as long as you can show your salary for last 6 months comes to £9,300 total. Having said that they may not consider if your employment letter says your contractual salary is 10,000 and rest you make from OTs. because its a big Gap... but if you earn 15-17K and res...

Hi Raju, You have to admit.. you made a big mistake by assuming things that turned out to be against you. However the good news is now you can see clearly what they are asking and make sure you have all these documents ready. I would wait 2-3 months and apply again rather than appealing. get all the...

Hi, Not sure what is the status of your visa. I applied for my wife in Delhi and she got the visa in just under 4 weeks. The best thing was they didn't call her for interview. I know my supporting documents were really strong but wasn't expecting that they wouldn't call my wife for face to face inte...
