He hasnt got right to appeal thts the reason I said pre action protocol.....or see good lawyer n if he says u can do fres application which considered as in time den apply flro till u sort ur tax matter so u can be covered by 3c....thanks

actually u can still fight untill u dont admit tht it was false....cuz they dont have any evidence against you....they might have evidence against tht company....and if company doesnt pay ur tax or NI its company's trouble not urs....u ve payslips and money has come in ur account...fair enough on ur...
