I just remembered, have you tried sending an email to charging.workpermits@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk ? Maybe they can explain what happend to your payments..

yeah, I think sending two applications is too much for them to handle, if you know what I mean. Doing the premium service is not a bad idea, although when I tried to look it up a few months back, it didn't indicate it was free for EEA nationals but I guess it's only £65 according to others who trie...

I think you meant: EEA FP - entry clearance valid for 6 months EEA QP - for EEA nationals form ( used to be EEA1) EEA FM & EFM - for non-EEA nationals form ( used to be EEA2) I got confused about this a few months back because they kept on changing the forms from Jan 31, April 6 and now July 20..

BTW, write a complaint at complaints@homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk
aI opted to use postal order on my second account simoly because I don't trust their competence to charge my application fee even if it caused me an extra £16 for two £65.

I know exactly how you feel as the UKVI mishandled my firat application because of internal miscommunication from their charging team. I enrolled my biometrics 10 days after yours. They stated in the website that it should take at least 21 days but I guess they're sticking to the 8 weeks thing. How can it be so hard for them to print that COA?
