If the applicant gets an interview, do the ECO issue the visa right after interview or after a few days. My friend's wife has applied for a spouse visa she got a reply back from the High Commission after 14 weeks and whats more she has got an interview.

One of my friends got married and submitted application for his spouse visa. If the British Embassy is to make enquiries, how they go about and what are they likely to enquire about. Please let me know. I know I am a bit vague but would appreciate your reply.
