He was born in Pakistan and has got a Pakistani passport and hence the visa instead of a British passport. Can I apply for British passport now? I was born in UK.

You can take further proof if you think that CEO has spotted something which needs clarifying. What have you included in your application, photoes, phone bills...etc I think the fact you only stayed for four days after marriage might come up during interview but I am sure it will be straight forward...

They Interview people, they will mainly ask about the sponsor (work, activities, family or previous relationship if divorced and how well you know each other etc). Nothing complicated but it seems she will get the visa.

There is nothing wrong getting a marriage re-registered, you can ask any solicitor, he will tell you the samething.

It costs around £100 go to your council and ask them you would like to have accommodation assessment done.

That makes no difference. There is no need to explain that. She is married to you under Pakistan law.

I am telling you from my own experience. I took six months bank statements but they only took 3 months. Thats only to show that you have sufficient enough funds available and money coming in and out. Also you can you write a little statment if you like to explain why have you got less bank statement...

You should have no problem with whatever number of statements as long it shows the money coming in is from emplyment and that the payslips and statements give an accurate money trail. All they looking for is whether you can support your spouse whilst here without having to rely on public funds.

Just state things as heppened, your proof will be the photographs of yourself and your wife etc and your passpot immigration stamp at the airport.

You also need all the documents required, i.e. accommodation, employment, bank statements, tax code ( P1).

As long the previous marriage has ended through court with Decree Absolute granted, there is no problem at all whatsoever.
