Look at this reply from HO. On one hand they're asking me to provide them with the previous reference number and other hand they are not going to consider any information about points awarded in past. Does'nt make any sense...... *************************** Thank you for your email. You can give you...

As I read the case worker is trying to imply he is not satisfied with the responsibility being at graduate level. You have provided ample of evidence for it, but the case worker seems adamant to reject it and so has applied his last option to reject the point for Work Experience.

As I remember technically speaking if the company cease to exist due to the takeover, then HO will have to be intimated about it. Probably a new work permit document will be issued by HO for this, which is fairly simple process. And of course it is more safer to do dont be optimistic about HO. You m...

Heard a lot of this graduate level experience rejection. Really wierd

I have over 9 yrs of experience and I think having this term 'graduate level experience' in my reference letter at this experience will raise doubt in caseworkers mind leading to unnecessary verification.

FLR after HSMP.

I know In-country applicant can continue working on WP if the HSMP is rejected.

Is this still true if the HSMP is approved but the FLR is rejected?

Also is FLR fees different from HSMP approval which is £315?

Appreciate replies for the above.

I am in a impression that points (for a category) are awarded in full or none.
So if one claims 50 for experience they award 50 or 0.
But this is not true as evidence from your case.

If you've already secured point in this section then you really dont have to worry. But I've known cases where past earning was awarded no points due to lack of Income tax document

Re: WP approval after HSMP whereas HSMP Visa after WP-> H

1) the WP approval letter will be later than HSMP, does it have impact to the HSMP approval I already got? I think the latest approval overrides any previous approval letters. Effectively your HSMP approval may become invalidate once you get your WP approval. Please check more with senior members.

What about In country Applications? Is there again 6 months time one can wait for the EC.

Of course I assume the clock starts once the EC is done (as he/she is in the country)

I stay in a 1 bed room flat apartment with my wife and 1 kid and I plan to get my parents to UK on visit visa. As I send my tenancy agreement which specifies the property as 1 bed flat. Could this be problem in getting the visit visa for my parent or I should have at least a 2 bedroom property. Thanks

tvt,

Apparently you suggest not to take any action.

Also once I get my p60 do I need to perform more action like filing the Income Tax returns (We do that in India) or is it something my company will take care internally.

I am not confident on my finance dept's knowledge for these queries.
