By Stamp do we mean the rubber stamp of the logo. Sorry typo error... By Stamp do we mean the rubber stamp or the logo print ...

Agreed with shockboy2000,

The case worker has not specifically mentioned that he rejected for his bachelors degree being ordinary. Again we have also heard from another case worker as mentioned by shockboy2000's email that it does not matter.

Overall I would be optimistic about it.

I have seen one rejection already in our forum based on this.
As I remember the other post, that was not rejected exactly for this reason though.

Your view contradicts Matt Jones's (HO chap) reply.

what is the basis of your view?

I don't want to criticise Matt Jones but that is not 100% correct. They will also check with NARIC that the level of English would meet IELTS level 6, so it is possible to get points for the qualification but still fail the English language requirement. Do you mean letter from the university will b...

Oh bloody so confusing, they have named it as green card making it sound like ILR in US. But apparently its more or less like HSMP in UK....

Why are you guys confusing the case worker by sending the both the letters when the guide specifically mentions university letter which should be enough. In fact it does also mentions do not send extra document which may not be relevant.

If I were in your place, I would avoid sending the Bank Statement, cause it just shows as CASH DEPOSIT, lilke any ordinary deposit by self. No specific mention of salary. You are the right person to decide what to do. If most CASH DEPOSITS are for salary only then, you can still send it. Incorrect ...

Well I give much importance to the transporation system like that of Tube/Trains in both London and Mumbai (British Legacy). Millions of people use Tubes and trains for commuting. so massive thier coverage is that the day Tube/Train is shut the city (like London/Mumbai) itself goes to sleep....

I wont beleive this.

There seems to be lots of news with respect to HO which is unbeleivable. The fact they changed from 4 to 5 was to come inline with EU standards then why would they shift from 5 to something else.

10 x birmingham is still < 1 x London
similar to
10 x Delhi is still < 1 x Mumbai (Bombay) In India.
