i got my hsmp from may 2006 to may 2008 .but i was between jobs on hsmp and now i m in india and want to come back to Uk.but the problem is immigration rules have changed and i have heard that if u dont work contioniously on hsmp you are not allowed to enter Uk. My point is in these two years totall...

Can I submit my Fixed Deposit certificates, my life insurance docs, my Mutual Funds statements, my bank balance(to show Liquid cash) and my share holding instructions as funds proof ?

A few more doubts on initial fund proof :

If thats the case, I dont understand why mumbai embassy has asked me to submit Form16 for 3 years !!! Is this always at there discretion ?
Anybody who has applied through mumbai embassy, please advice here with you experience.

When I inquired in the UK embassy, mumbai, they asked me to submit FORM16 for last 3 years. So now I'm confused. My concern here is - is it ok to submit past 2 years FORM16 ? Can you help me further ?
