Referee must sign the completed referee forms that has photos on and send back to you. You upload the signed form that has the applicants photos on.
I have a question about referee, my referee has points on driving licence does it make any difference?

Re: British Naturalisation Application Advice Needed !!

Yes, you do not have to wait for the 12-month qualifying period in order to apply for naturalisation, given the fact that you're married to a British citizen. You have the correct information. You cannot apply on 18 July 2021, if you were not physically present on this date in 2018. But as you said...

Re: Can I use B1 Instead of A1 for FLR(M)

H mate, don' use B1 in replacement of A1. I know one of my friend he did the same and got refused without appeal right, so all fee went into drain. UKBA is very prescriptive in their requirement so provide what is asked don't accept any sort of wise decision from them.

Re: Immigration Health Surcharge (IHS) refund

I am just wondering if any one got refund of NHS surcharge by the same link of payment the fees.
I can't see any option of refund from that link. and UKBA is advising different time slots of refunding the money.

Thanks

Re: FLR M B1 level will be acceptable or it has to be A1 lev

CR001 I think there was confusion between home office list and applicant. He had B1 qualification from Pearson/Edexcel, which is approved for Settlement application as per UKBA guidiline. Peasron/Edexcel qualification is approved and listed in OFQUAL. Now the issue is if a qualification is approved ...

Hey
Did you get approval of visa on B1 instead of A1. I am just wondering as one of my friend got refusal by submitting B1 instead of A1, and they said that that it was not approved qualification.

I have a question regarding child benefits too, I have got ILR a couple of weeks ago, and need to register my children on MN1 form as they were born in the UK. My query is if I am eligible to apply child benefit before I get them registered, or do I need to wait until they are registered on MN1 form...

Hi, You don't need to worry, as it is random check and can happen with any application not for ILR. I have been silent visitor of this portal and to be honest I was too scared to apply before clearing my old tax liabilities, but took a chance and made an appointment for last week I just got approved...

Hi,
Could some one share experience of friends who used B1 instead of A1 on FLR (M) application. I have also same understanding that B1 is advanced then A1 and therefore can be used as evidence.

regards,

Taha

Hi aztec1032, I heard that if one get ILR (lr) then dependent clock for probationary period switches to zero and dependent has to complete 5 years from the date of switching. You got ILR on long term residency and had ur wife ILR within a year. Did u provide any exceptional documents or applied thro...
