Re: Sponsorship Licenses Suspended After ILR

What can be the reasons you think they might have suspended?

Did you get a sudden hike? or your job duties were changed? how many more employees are on tier 2 in the company?

Re: Tier 2 to ILR - Couple of questions

Thanks for the reply. Really appreciate it. My real concern was the hike in salary, because i know my salary is raised from 23k to 35k. My employer is very happy with my performance and wants me to continue. They are happy to write a nice letter as well. Hoping to hear from gurus/moderators. Thanks

Re: Tier 2 to ILR appointment advice required

Hello Joelawrence2,

Just an afterthought, you only need last month bank statement, as it says on the guidance. i am sure experts will agree with the same.

Please let me know how you get along with your application as i am unable to get absence letter from my previous employer. All the best

Hi Ktyagi,

After i got this letter, i called up homeoffice again and reconfirmed. this time they said that the dependents doesn't need to reapply. i recorded the time of the phone call and the name of the person. it was further validated by his supervisor.
