If there have been significant changes that mean the applicant no longer qualifies for leave under the DL policy or the applicant falls for refusal on the basis of criminality, the further leave application should be refused. She doesn't need anything but her passport(s) as evidence of completing the qualifying period / residence in UK. Clearly mentioned in the form.

Has she lost any of her passports since entering UK? If not, there is no need to provide any "residency" proof.

If you are abroad and 18 or above, family ties in UK have no relevance.

Do you have the (appeal) judgement in writing? Apply for settlement with a covering letter explaining the error(s) made by UKVI when granting leave initially and include a copy of the appeal judgement.

it will be the income of the person residing in the UK combined with the applicants income. I stand to be corrected but this is possible only when the applicant too is in the UK (e.g. - switching to partner route or extending leave as a partner) and not possible when applicant is applying for entry...
