Don't confuse HMRC with UKVI.

Re: Tier 2 Dependent visa doubts

The guidance PDF doesn't seem to specifically mention that. It does, very clearly!! 3. Have you got any reference link from UKBA where it confirms that PBS dependents are not subject to absence restrictions? I looked and looked, can't find anything. Also, since I will get my ILR in 2019 (when I com...

Re: Naturalisation refused (Toeic)

For now, that judgement has had no effect on how Nationality team or UKVI are assessing respective applications.
So be patient and wait for outcome of your review. In the meantime, consult a competent legal professional on your options of any legal course of action that may be possible.

Re: Naturalisation refused (Toeic)

Even those who had written TOEIC but never used that result in any immigration application (and naturalisation application) are being refused.
Needless to say, those who have used a TOEIC result in an immigration / naturalisation application cannot expect to be approved.

1. Extension (leave to remain) can only be applied for from within the UK. Entry clearance (leave to enter) from outside the UK is not an "extension". 2. If they apply for entry clearance after the current PBS dependant leave has expired, their ILR clock will be reset. See also PBS dependa...

1. Your wife-to-be can apply for a PBS dependant visa as soon as you two get married. As mentioned above, the intended date of travel can be 3 months from the date of application ... but do note that sometimes ECOs miss noting that and issue a visa effective immediately rather than from the date of ...

helpingperson,
Keep your queries in your own topic. Do not hijack topics to solicit response from members who have posted in topic created by others discussing something completely different.
This seems to be a habit with you. Please refrain from doing so again!

UKVI doesn't dictate the format of financial documents. Get a competent accountant to answer such queries.
Keep your queries in the forum restricted to immigration matters.

That's a condition you would have observed when applying for a visa, not actual travel (on a valid passport with a valid visa).

The fact that you were given a right of appeal means that your application was in-time.
Out of time applications don't get a right of appeal upon refusal.

So what gap(s) are you referring to?

Re: Biometrics fourth time fail, Applications invalidated!!

The only reason I can think of is that UKVI has realized that you have completed 10 years legal stay so there is no point in pursuing the appeal. Withdrawing appeal also gives you the freedom to make a new application, so they have done a favor (sort of) to provide you the ability to do the needful ...

Re: Ilr tier 1 general Refused Croydon

Do you have any document issued by HMRC certifying that the tax assessments for the years in question have been filed and that there is no tax due / tax payment outstanding?

In absence of any such document, AR may not result in a different outcome.
