Re: I didn't transfer my indefinite leave to enter the UK

Why do you want people to repeat the answer that vinny has already provided?
Is the accuracy of the answer already provided dependent on the number of responses / posts in the topic?

Re: Daughter's Visa from India - Queries

My wife has a Tier 1 dependent Visa (based on my Visa category before my ILR), which is going to expire in Oct, 2016. Assuming you were granted ILR under PBS route (not long residence): Apply for entry clearance as PBS dependant. Continue extending PBS dependant leave for both until wife qualifies ...

Re: ILR refused..need a help

I can understand that you are in the situation today for no fault of yours but that of a (dodgy) employer. If I were you I would request AR, this will extend your leave until AR is decided and give you some desperately needed time to find and consult a competent solicitor to pursue this matter throu...

Re: ILR refused..need a help

If your employer issued you fraudulent payslips, P45, P60 for the year(s) in question and submitted other figures in PAYE, the decision may not change - neither in AR nor in a new application (UKVI is going to see the same discrepancy, as before, when they check their systems for your tax records). ...

Re: ILR refused..need a help

Making an out-of-time application is your choice. If you wish to, do so within 28 days of becoming an overstayer. Do note that you are now an overstayer, refusal of out-of-time application will not give your a right of AR, and you will continue to remain an overstayer from the date of expiry of last...

You say you can't go back where you lived for 28 years, but wish to stay in UK where you have spent only about half of that time!!
Not in contact with relatives / cousins / friends back home is no excuse for not wanting to return by someone in his 40s.

That refers to (majority English-speaking) countries other than UK.

Reading FAQs - English language requirements for naturalisation should help.

Re: Tier 1 General Set O refusal

As far as UKVI is concerned, it was your responsibility to ensure that correct income was declared and tax due on it was paid. If you couldn't figure out the error in time and can't pay the tax now because HMRC doesn't allow it, is also your mistake - and a matter between you and HMRC! From UKVI's p...

In addition to the job specified on the certificate of sponsorship (CoS), the applicant can do extra work if it is: in either a job on the shortage occupation list or a job in the same sector and at the same professional level as the work for which the CoS was assigned no more than 20 hours a week ...

1. Tax evasion is not an administrative error, so it will not go away through an administrative review. 2. I have seen posts where tax returns for the year 2010 have been amended in 2016, so should have been possible! You should have sought professional advice from a competent accountant to verify w...

What does the "tax year overview" show for the year in question? Old figures or new? Log in to your HMRC online account and check.

Re: Tier 2 General Extension - HELP

It is not "legal" to stay in the UK after your leave has expired. Any stay after leave has expired is "overstay" where in you cannot work. An out-of-time application (i.e. - an application made after leave has expired) may be processed by UKVI but if refused there will be no righ...

No. Since you applied for ILR under LR, she'll be eligible for settlement only after spending 5 years in the UK as spouse of a settled person or when she completes 10 years stay in UK (which ever is earlier).
